What is your warranty policy?

Warranties vary from product to product. Our Canadian made to order products will carry manufacturer specific warranties. Case goods and imported products generally have a 1-year manufacturers limited warranty. Whatever the issue, our warranty team will do their best to assist you in finding a resolution to your concern.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We recommend taking photos of the damage/ defect, keeping the box/ packaging for reference, and emailing the photos to our warranty team, Warranty@LQFurniture.ca, with a short description of the issue. They will assess your concern and respond within 48 hours regarding the next steps in the process. We do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner, but thank you in advance for your patience.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee with the remaining amount put towards a store credit. Items must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging. Please note, the restocking fee may increase based on the condition of the returned item. We will not pay the return delivery fee for the item(s).

Are you only able to get the items shown on the website?

In short - no. There are many more options available! We are working on adding new products to the website, but have started with items we currently have shown on our floor. We have access to a wide variety of products and styles. We recommend reaching out to our sales team, or coming in store to learn more.

How long does it take for my order to be ready for delivery/ pickup?

When you place your order, our team will give you an ETA for arrival of your product to our warehouse. These ETA's are our best estimates and are subject to change. We will keep you updated if the ETA changes. Please note: We will not offer any compensation for delays/ changes in ETA. Don't plan any parties around your ETA. Once the item arrives in our warehouse our team will contact you to schedule a delivery or pickup. We aim to get products to you within 1 week of them arriving in our warehouse.

How do I place an order?

We currently do not offer e-commerce, so the best way to place an order is to come in store and chat with our team. Alternatively, you can email Info@LQFurniture.ca and someone from our sales team will reach out to you.

How do I get pricing?

To receive pricing for an item, please reach out to our sales team, who can assist you with pricing out an order. You can reach us by email at Info@LQFurniture.ca, through the contact page, or give us a call at 604.270.0880 ext 201.

Why are there no prices listed?

Due to agreements with many of our suppliers, we are unable to visibly disclose pricing online.

Is there pickup available?

Yes! You are welcome to pickup your items from our warehouse, we just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of your intended pickup time. Please be sure to open and inspect furniture at time of pick up to ensure there is no damage. Any damage incurred after pickup is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer delivery/ assembly?

Delivery is outsourced to a third party. Pricing will vary based on your location and what you are having delivered. Assembly is an additional charge.
